So I realize it's been quite a long time since my last (and only) journal entry, and for that I apologize. Anyways, I'm kid of taking a fresh start on things. Most of the art you see on my Deviant profile is art that hasn't really been emulating the style I want use. Honestly, most of that artwork is just freshman grade artwork I had to do in my earlier Illustration classes. Well that is all about to change.
Over the last couple of months I have been stuck in a highly unproductive (art wise) routine. Sure I've been going to school still and making art for my classes. I've also been working a part time job. Both School and my part time job have both been factors for why I just haven't had time do do as many personal projects. Well, I put my two weeks in at work. I still have a few more days left, but already the motivation I feel right now has helped me to work on a few more personal projects, or at the very least start brainstorming more. Now that I won't have to worry about a part time job, I'm really going to focus on school, as well as do as much non-school related artwork as possible. Whether thats personal projects, art commissions, or freelance artwork, I don't care so long as it's something that helps me to grow as an illustrator. It's time for me to start my real job and really get to work (Hence the name of this Journal entry).
Thanks
Mo
